Refund Policy

Items may be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase.

Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction booklets intact.

Clearance, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchases only.

Refunds will be given in the form of store credit or exchange.

Shipping Information

All in stock items will be shipped out within five business days. We ship all of your jewelry pieces insured via UPS which should take approximately 5-7 days once shipped.

Special order items will take the time specified to be produced and shipped. B. Anthony will be in contact with the customer about shipping and production times.
